New-build desktop systems: 1YR hardware warranty; 1YR warranty on systems assembled from new components.

Refurbished systems: 90-day warranty coverage. Refurbished units provide excellent value and reliability within appropriate warranty expectations for previously owned equipment.

Individual components: Manufacturer warranty terms apply (typically 1-5 years depending on component type). Dead-on-arrival components may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase.

Operating system: Windows activation is guaranteed. Software-related issues stemming from user actions or external factors are not covered under warranty.

Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Opened computer components cannot be resold as new inventory and are therefore not eligible for return except in cases of manufacturer defect covered under warranty terms.
